Nurses experience many stressful situations. The detrimental effects of stress are well known and have far-reaching impacts. Stressful work environments result in mental and physical ailments that negatively affect our health and communities.

Modern science increasingly supports the ancient science of yoga as a way to alleviate stress for better physical and mental health. Discover yoga’s benefits through this live Yoga Primer brought to you by Dartmouth Health Employee Wellness, the Center for Professional Nursing, and our instructor on November 15 or December 13. Max participants for the November class is 20 (Auds C & D) and the December class is 30 ( Auds A-C) at DHMC.
