Save the Date and Celebrate!

Dartmouth Health’s Parkinson’s Disease and Movement Disorders Center at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center would like to invite you to a patient symposium and plaque dedication celebrating our recent Parkinson’s Foundation Center of Excellence Designation.

We will be hosting a discussion featuring the basics of Parkinson’s Disease, followed by a panel of experts to answer your questions about Parkinson’s Disease – from fatigue to apathy to freezing of gait – bring your curiosity and your questions.

Afterward, we will celebrate our recent Center of Excellence designation from the Parkinson’s Foundation.

This event is free but requires registration and has limited seating.
