Beginning Tuesday, December 7, each session will offer an evidence-based practice intended to:

  • Decrease stress
  • Improve mood
  • Promote relaxation

Each session follows the format:

  • Five (5) minutes of introduction and education
  • Ten (10) minutes of practice
  • Five (5) minutes for discussion and/or questions
