The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Wellness Café continues this fall with an opportunity for D-HH employees to explore, in depth, the Stress First Aid model and practice the seven Self-Care Actions. On alternate weeks, we will also practice mindfulness techniques—all designed to help manage stress and reduce burnout. Join in any one class or join as many as you can.
