Nicole Parker, Yoga Instructor, offers this 8 week chair yoga series on Zoom.
This class is free for cancer patients, survivors and care partners . Current research shows promising benefits of yoga for people with cancer in managing symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, mood, stress, and improvement in quality of life. This gentle yoga class will teach controlled breathing and gentle, simple movements. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing for this class.
