Gentle Yoga for People With Cancer

Yoga offered via ZOOM for people with cancer.
Kim Wenger Hall, and Alicia Armstrong Yoga Instructors, offer this 10 week series via ZOOM. Current research shows promising benefits of yoga for people with cancer in managing symptoms such as fatigue, insomnia, mood, stress, and improvement in quality of life. This gentle yoga class will teach controlled breathing and gentle, simple movements. Combination of chair and standing yoga. For cancer patients, survivors and caregivers regardless of where you live or receive your care.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing.
