Whether you love or loathe the winter holidays – or even if you do not celebrate them – this season can be fraught with stress. With a little planning and a few simple strategies, you can experience less stress and more joyfulness this year!

This program will take place on Thursday, December 2, from 12:00 pm to 12:30 pm.

It will explore ways to deal with common holiday season stressors including:

  • Too much to do and too little time
  • Financial strain
  • Conflicts with people
  • Overwhelming expectations
  • Difficult emotions

Participants will also learn how to maintain a healthy perspective when things feel out of control. Finally, we will discuss how to navigate the season if you do not celebrate traditional winter holidays, and resources for people with special needs.
