IN-PERSON – A Matter of Balance

“A Matter of Balance” is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This eight-session course will facilitate group discussion to reduce the fear of falling and implement practical strategies to avoid falls and improve safety. This program includes some very light exercises.

This program meets the following Thursdays from 10:00 to 12:00pm
