IN-PERSON Get Hooked on Walking!

Held at Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center (DHMC), Lebanon, NH

Do you need a little motivation to get moving? Are you tired of walking alone? Join us and get hooked on walking! We will explore the corridors of Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center while we walk in pairs and small groups. Bring your water bottle, wear comfortable and sturdy footwear, and prepare to make great friends while getting fit.

The Get Hooked on Walking group will meet on the fifth floor of DHMC every Thursday, February through June, 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., starting Thursday February 8.  (It was originally scheduled to start February 1, but the starting date was delayed by one week.)
