People are often lost in a medical maze when serious illness enters their lives. Pat sheds light on the dark pathways of that maze by sharing her knowledge gained through education and years of experience working as a nurse practitioner caring for seriously and terminally ill people. This program will explore how people may have more control of their lives and those of their loved ones all the way through to the end of life.  Pat speaks from a place of hope and belief that all of life can be meaningful and lived ’Your way!’
