IN-PERSON – Tea with the Team

Meetings to be held at the Aging Resource Center in Colburn Hill, Lebanon, NH

Join us for a monthly in-person meet up for individuals living with dementia and their care partners.

This will be a casual time to take a break and to enjoy tea, coffee, and cookies while socializing with others in similar experiences, and the Dartmouth Health Dementia Resource team.

Small, no pressure activities will be provided each month for those interested.
