IN-PERSON: “YOU NEVER LISTEN”  How to Change Self-defeating Communication Patterns, Reduce Stress & Build Harmony in Relationships

Much stress in relationships is self-caused! LEARN new listening and responding skills which significantly enhance harmony with others as you age. HEAR the difference in more successful ways of responding. PRACTICE using harmonizing responses with each other. And, when you get home, BE AMAZED by the power of your changed mindset and new skills to turn around contentious communication patterns.

This program is held over 7 weeks on Tuesdays from September 13 through October 25.  When you sign up for the first class on September 13, you will be registered for the entire series. To allow for sharing of stories and for participants to receive the maximum benefit of the program, we ask that people attend all classes.

Jeanne worked for many years at The D-H Aging Resource Center. Though now retired, she maintains her certification and volunteers in the community.
