Self Hypnosis can help reduce stress and anxiety, improve focus and concentration and increase positive feelings.
This class is open to cancer patients, survivors and care partners regardless of where you live.
This class is offered by Norris Cotton Cancer Center Patient and Family Support Services and is made possible with funding from the Friends of Norris Cotton Cancer Center.
