“Let’s Talk about it: Self-care During Anxious Times”

There is still uncertainty around COVID which leads to unsettled feelings.  We want to allow you to talk about what is keeping you up at night and to ask questions and support each other through this time.

This drop-in meeting time will be offered for three weeks.  You may sign up for one or all of the sessions.

The meetings will be facilitated by  Bernie Seifert, licensed social worker and  Daniel Moran, APRN.  Please note, we will not be offering medical advice or answers to specific medical questions.
