While all the dimensions of wellness need your attention, keeping them in balance can be hard. Throughout the year we will focus on the 10 areas of wellness to help you achieve personal harmony and balance that feels most authentic to you.

In this session we will look at the area of Movement:

Moving and being physically active in ways that feel enjoyable, including aerobic exercise, strength training, flexibility and activities of daily living.
