While all the dimensions of wellness need your attention, keeping them in balance can be hard. Throughout the year we will focus on the 10 areas of wellness to help you achieve personal harmony and balance that feels most authentic to you.

In this session, we will look at the areas of Stress Management and Social Support.

  • Using relaxation techniques (such as breathing, meditation, mindfulness, spirituality, movement) to help calm your mind and body and cope with stress.
  • Feeling connected to others (people and pets).
  • Having quality relationships with family, friends, community and people with whom you work.
