Get your microdose of mindfulness!

Join Shiri Macri, LCMHC, and Eve Zukowski, PhD, of the Employee Assistance Program as they lead 2-minute mindfulness practice sessions on Wednesdays in May.

This series of very brief practices is designed to bring mindfulness into your busy day, and to give you an opportunity to pause, manage stress and increase your sense of well-being.

There will be five 2-minute sessions each Wednesday for the month of May at:

  • 8 am
  • 10 am
  • 12 pm
  • 2 pm
  • 4 pm

Each Wednesday will feature different types of mindfulness practice such as stress management, grounding, compassion and visualization. Attend any session that fits your schedule. No registration is required.

You can access each mindfulness session through WebEx.
