In this session, we will look at the art and science supporting the integration of mindfulness practices within your daily routines.  We will use a short survey, the Mindfulness Attention Awareness Scale, to assess how present and aware you are as you go through your day.  We will explore the benefits associated with mindful practices, ways to embed them within your day, and engage in sample practices.
