Physical activity can boost energy, lessen fatigue, relieve stress, improve balance, help with sleep and much more. Join us for a gentle, beginner-level, supportive group class that teaches movement, stretching and strength exercise and experience the benefits exercise can bring, All levels of fitness welcome.
