Connecting virtually
Physical activity can boost energy, lessen fatigue, relieve stress, improve balance, help with sleep and so much more. Join us for a gentle, beginner-level, supportive group class that teaches movement, stretching and strength exercises and experience the benefits that exercise can bring. For all persons with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.
All levels of fitness welcome.
