Pam’s class is open to women who have, or have had cancer and would like to develop a healthy lifestyle. Taught by Kim Wenger Hall, RYT500, Certified Healthy Steps Instructor, this class is fun and set to music.
With the exception of July and August, this class is held weekly throughout the year on Wednesdays 1:00-2:00 pm. Join us on Zoom from the comfort of your home.
