Connecting Virtually
Through seated and standing postures, gentle movements, mediations and a focus on the breath, the practice of Qigong can ease stress and tension and help develop a calm center.
This is a beginner class. No experience is necessary. All fitness levels are welcome. For all persons with a current or previous cancer diagnosis and their loved ones.
