Qigong has proven to be an excellent therapy for cancer patients. Its benefits include improved awareness of balance, increased strength and endurance, and reduced stress. The slow, controlled movements help ease tension and improve muscle control. for patients, survivors and caregivers. This program is open to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers regardless of where you live or receive your care.
