Runners’ Knee 101: Learn to Prevent and Treat Knee Pain

This discussion will be about running as it pertains to the knee. Dr. Neal Goldenberg will highlight safely returning to running in the Spring as athletes/weekend warriors begin to do more activities outside. This class will demonstrate an exercise program geared towards preventing injury and include a presenter from the Physical Therapy department at Cheshire Medical Center.
