One out of five adults will face a mental health challenge during their lifetime, and one out of three adults have experienced anxiety or depression since March of 2020. For youth and young adults, 50% of all lifetime mental illness begins by age 14, and 75% by age 24.
It’s not easy to know what to do when a loved one is struggling.
Join former Chief Justice of the NH Supreme Court, and Senior Director of External Affairs at Dartmouth-Hitchcock Health, John Broderick and Bernie Seifert, Director of Adult Programs at NAMI New Hampshire, to learn how you can support a loved one during a mental health crisis. John will share his family’s personal experience with mental illness, and he and Bernie will answer your questions
