The T1D’s of Monadnock Group is open to all aged Type 1 Diabetics, caregivers, or family members. We meet up monthly to do different activities to bond alongside this chronic illness. Support and friendship are an important part of this disease. Our goal is to continue building the community we have started, and we hope you join us!
This group meets on the second Sunday every month from 2pm-4pm.
