“A Matter of Balance” is an award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels. This nine-session online course will facilitate group discussion to reduce the fear of falling and implement practical strategies to avoid falls and improve safety. The first week will prepare participants to engage in this interactive course by Zoom. This program includes some very light exercises.
