Virtual-Finding Our Way Through Grief

Losing someone you love can be soul-shattering. Join us as we navigate this difficult interior terrain in a supportive environment, sharing the experience of our grief through conversation and written reflections. We find that the group is most beneficial and feels safer for all when people attend regularly.

This program is comprised of six sessions on 10/7, 14, 21, 28, 11/4, and 11. When you register for the first date (10/7), you are enrolling in the full program. Please attend all the sessions as much as possible.

You will receive a zoom link for this class 60 minutes before the class starts. The zoom link will be sent directly from the Aging Resource Center to the email you registered with.
