Leader: Ugis Gruntmanis, MD
Dr. Ugis Gruntmanis will cover why 1 in 2 women suffer fractures from osteoporosis. He will also explore the role of calcium and Vitamin D, as well as an active lifestyle and screening for osteoporosis.
The zoom link will be sent directly from the Aging Resource Center to the email you registered with about 60 minutes before the program starts.
This program will be livestreamed at the Aging Resource Center for people without devices or with unstable internet. The class for livestreaming is limited to 12 participants.
