Leaders: Renee Pepin, PhD and Eliza Polli, PsyD
Mindfulness is the practice of turning your attention to the present moment while noticing your judgment. We are focusing this series on grief and loss. Mindfulness will not change how we feel but it can help shift our perspective and acknowledge what is. This four-part series will involve practicing skills that will help you focus on the here and now. You will practice a variety of mindfulness exercises and assignments to increase mindfulness in your daily life.
