Self-Care Sampler for Family Care Partners

Caring for someone you love can sometimes be lonely and exhausting – but it doesn’t always have to be that way. In this class you will meet others who are walking the same path. Together we will explore concrete ways to replenish energy and lift spirits through supportive conversations and a variety of self-care practices: Mindfulness, Mindful Drawing, Movement, and Nutrition/Taking care of your physical health.
This program will be offered three times.
Thursdays, January 6 to February 10
Thursdays, March 3 to April 7 or,
Thursdays, April 28 to June 2
When you sign up for the first session, you are enrolled in the full series. To provide a safe place for people to share their stories, we ask that you try to attend all of the sessions in the program.
