Presenter: Jean M. Copeland, RDN, LD

In this program, a registered dietitian Jean Copeland will talk about dietary considerations to make for specific health conditions and will provide practical advice on how to prepare your meal depending on your lifestyle and physical limitations in order to improve your well-being. Every month, she will highlight different health conditions or different lifestyle. Topics for the coming months are:

April 19: Mediterranean Diet
May 17: Healthy Eating for Healthy Lungs
June 21: Meal Preparation with Low Vision
