“Tai Ji Quan: Moving for Better Balance®” (TJQMBB) is a balance and strengthening exercise class that includes elements of Tai Ji Quan. TJQMBB helps adults improve their balance, strength and function. Research has shown that people who complete TJQMBB are half as likely to fall and are less fearful about falling.
