This workshop will explore the feelings of sadness during the holidays. Participants will leave with an understanding of what Seasonal Affective Disorder as well as the “holiday blues.”
We will discuss tips and tricks for managing these tough emotions and explore what to do if you think that you might be experiencing Seasonal Affective Disorder.
The zoom link will be sent directly from the Aging Resource Center to the email you registered with about 60 minutes before the program starts.
