Join us for a Walk of Remembrance

The staff and volunteers of the Palliative Care team at Dartmouth Health invite you and your loved ones to join us, and other members of our community, for a short candlelit walk on the Dartmouth Green.

The Walk of Remembrance is a short luminary lined path to walk in silence to honor and support mutual connection through the shared experience of grief and loss. A time for our community to share grief and remember those we love, while respecting our losses.
